Job Summary: An architecture firm is seeking an Architect to manage projects, supervise technical quality, manage information flow, and extract BIM data. Key Highlights: 1. BIM model data extraction and construction simulations An architecture firm is seeking an Architect in Jundiaí. **Responsibilities:** Management of project and model deliveries. Supervision of model technical quality. Management of information flow. Coordination of information flow among stakeholders (designers, technical team, and client) via a Common Data Environment (CDE), including: Monitoring project approval statuses and feedback. Tracking project and As-Built model issuance statuses. Distributing approved projects to the field team. Extracting data from BIM models. Conducting construction process simulations. Running action plan simulations to support planning and production teams. Simulating schedules (BIM-4D). Providing office support. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
