Someone who adapts easily to change and, above all, loves collaborative, team-based work. ### **AI Solutions Engineer** **What is your role in building this career path?** * Translate business needs and user pain points into functional solutions using coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI tools. * Define MVP scope jointly with the Product Manager, prioritizing features based on business value and user experience. * Design, implement, and evolve agent architectures using LangGraph, CrewAI, and LLM orchestration to solve complex problems autonomously. * Conduct MVP testing and validation with users, leveraging observability tools and real-world data to foster continuous learning and product evolution. * Identify and propose technical solutions that reduce unnecessary complexity, helping stakeholders understand what is meaningful to test and prioritize at any given time. * Ensure knowledge transfer between MVPs and development teams, acting as a technical partner in planning and ensuring that generated learnings support long-term product strategy. * Develop new features using Python, Django, FastAPI, APIs, MCPs, and V0\. * Translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, documenting decisions objectively, practically, and strategically. * Continuously explore new tools, trends, and approaches related to the Generative AI ecosystem. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an agile, dynamic environment with continuous deliveries. **What experience do we expect from you?** * Proven experience as a **Backend or Full Stack Developer**, with mastery of software engineering best practices. * Proficiency in **Next.js/React (Shadcn/UI and Tailwind)** for interface development and in **Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript** for backend logic development. * Experience with **LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks**, including short- and long-term memory management and context retrieval strategies (**RAG**). * Advanced hands-on experience using tools such as **Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code**, applying AI to boost productivity and accelerate development. * Practical knowledge of **Supabase, Firebase, or similar tools**, simplifying and reducing reliance on traditional infrastructure. * Ability to rapidly learn new technologies, tools, and concepts. * Capability to build functional, intuitive, and objective interfaces focused on solving real user pain points. * Commitment to delivery quality, considering aspects such as **performance, security, and scalability**. * Ability to identify priorities, focus on essentials, and avoid unnecessary complexities that do not deliver immediate value to the product. **It would be amazing if you already have:** * Knowledge of queue-based and microservice architectures. * Experience with databases such as MongoDB and OpenSearch. * UX knowledge. * Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf). **OUR VALUE PROPOSITION:** ---------------------------- To help you successfully complete this career path, DOT offers: Allowances! * Meal and/or food allowance (R$837\) \- Including during vacation. * Transportation allowance. * Life insurance. * Remote work allowance (R$100\). * Daycare allowance for children up to 6 years old. * Headhunter bonus (value per employee referral). * Client referral bonus (value per client referral).
