Guarantee metadata quality by assessing their usefulness across various company departments. Participate in evaluating automation solutions whenever they impact information production and usage, monitor model implementation, verify database content quality, and ensure alignment of databases with business objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Define conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling required to support business needs. * Design, propose, maintain, and update data models. * Ensure data normalization and eliminate or minimize redundant data. * Guarantee data consistency at the model level for database implementation. * Experience in relational and multidimensional modeling. * Define data access security procedures. * Redesign data models according to physical implementation specifics to improve database performance. * Knowledge of table partitioning techniques. * Identify data distribution requirements and collaborate with DBAs on physical implementation. * Engage in BI & Big Data system architecture modeling and deployment. * Model KPIs and dashboards to support executive decision-making. * Design and develop data services architecture across the entire technology and platform ecosystem (Relational, Analytical, NoSQL), aiming to support data consumption by BI applications. * Promote and develop best practices in BI, with results-oriented delivery focused on realizing benefits, providing consultation, support, and mentoring to various business areas—including recommendations and guidance for continuous improvement and sustaining the established organizational model. * Participate in developing and updating data governance and management methodology. * Support specification of integration mechanisms such as services, ETL specifications, database links, and other SGDB-based integration mechanisms. * Develop SQL scripts for data validation, report specifications, etc. * Manage structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. * Experience with DDL, DML, and DCL for Relational, Analytical, and NoSQL databases. * Knowledge and experience handling diverse data sources (VSAM, CSV, txt, relational and NoSQL databases). * Experience with VLDBs. * Experience in environment integration activities; V20v20 31 * Experience in performance analysis activities. * Experience with data modeling tools, propagation, DBMS administration, monitoring, and performance tuning across multiple databases. * Informatica PowerCenter * Informatica PowerExchange * Informatica DataQuality * Informatica Metadata Management * SAP PowerDesigner data modeling tool * Data Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Development of Conceptual, Logical, and Physical (Relational and Dimensional) Data Models. * CA\-Gen * Oracle * DB2 * SYBASE * SYBASE IQ * PostgreSQL * iSQL/Transaction SQL * SQL Plus * SQL Server * MongoDB * Apache Hawq * Apache Impala * InfluxBD * Familiarity with Agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban. * Proficiency in SQL database language. * Knowledge and experience handling diverse data sources (JSON, XML, CSV, txt, relational and NoSQL databases). * Familiarity with Data and Analytics platforms such as SAS, Tableau, Google DataStudio, PowerBI, and similar; knowledge of programming languages, preferably R, Python, Java, and Scala. * Basic understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and probabilistic analysis. **Additional Information** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Proven experience in the Data domain. **Join Certsys and Be Part of the Public Sector’s Digital Transformation!** Are you passionate about technology and innovation—and do you believe true digital transformation begins with cultural change?
