Job Summary: Our client seeks an experienced ABAP Technical Leader for an SAP S/4HANA migration project, ensuring code quality, standardization, and technical governance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the ABAP team in the S/4HANA conversion/migration project 2. Define Clean Core guidelines and extensions via BTP 3. Solid experience in ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and Web Services The client is undergoing an **SAP S/4HANA migration project** and seeks an **experienced ABAP professional** to serve as the **Technical Leader**, ensuring delivery quality, code standardization, and technical governance throughout the transition process. **Responsibilities** * Lead the ABAP development team during the S/4HANA conversion/migration project; * Review functional specifications and ensure compliance with SAP development best practices; * Define **Clean Core guidelines and extensions via BTP (RAP, CAP, APIs)** where applicable; * Oversee corrections, testing, and transports through to production deployment; * Collaborate closely with functional teams and technical architects to ensure integration and performance; * Support custom code analysis and retrofit strategy; * Ensure technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team. **Requirements** * Solid experience in **ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, Enhancement Framework, and Web Services**; * Prior involvement in **S/4HANA migration or conversion projects**; * Knowledge of **ATC, SCI, Clean Core, and BTP extensions** (desirable); * Ability to **lead technical teams**, review deliverables, and conduct code reviews; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with functional and business teams. **Desirable** * Experience with **RAP/CAP, Fiori, and integration with SAP BTP**; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence; * Experience in **rollout projects** or **large-scale corporate environments**.
