Conduct theoretical and practical classes, ensuring clear, dynamic, and legally compliant methodology. Prepare the training environment, equipment, PPEs, and teaching materials prior to commencement of activities. Perform practical demonstrations, simulations, and supervised activities. Evaluate participants' performance through tests, exercises, and practical observations. Collect required signatures for issuing completion certificates. Represent the Setec Group professionally during in-company training sessions, maintaining ethical conduct aligned with the company's values.
