CAREER AND DEVELOPMENT ICOMON supports the training and development of its employees (staff) through comprehensive Programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical education or completed/pursuing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Proficiency in FTTx and conventional optical network design and documentation tools; * Basic knowledge of optical network topologies; * Experience in developing and interpreting telecommunications network projects; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate-level Office Suite and AutoCAD proficiency preferred; * Knowledge of project analysis conducted by Public Agencies, Energy Concessionaires, Toll Road Concessionaires, and others; * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the telecommunications sector; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$3\.040,90 * Alelo Tudo Meal or Food Allowance – R$24,29 per day * Transportation Allowance * Unimed Health Plan – R$145,40 with co-payment * Bradesco Seguros Dental Plan – R$21,54 \- Bradesco Seguros Life Insurance \- % of premium based on salary * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) twice per year \*WORK HOURS\* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
