Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and supplier teams. **Junior Display & POS Designer** **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to develop structural merchandising projects for point-of-sale (POS), including displays, showcases, totems, promotional islands, and commercial furniture, with emphasis on Digital Signage and DOOH. The professional will be responsible for conceptual creation, modeling, and technical detailing of projects, ensuring production feasibility and alignment with marketing and trade requirements. **Main Responsibilities** · Develop POS display, showcase, and merchandising structure projects. · Create visual and functional concepts aligned with marketing strategies and brand identity. · Prepare technical drawings and fabrication/mounting details. · Produce 2D and 3D models and presentations for project visualization. · Specify materials, dimensions, finishes, and assembly systems. · Develop structural solutions when required, including metal structures and technical components. · Prepare technical documentation, material lists, and production guidelines. · Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, engineering, production, and supplier teams to ensure correct project execution. · Monitor technical adjustments and improvements during the manufacturing process. **Requirements** · Technical or higher education in Industrial Design, Technical Drawing, Engineering, or related fields (Architecture and/or Interior Design). · Experience in developing POS or merchandising projects. · Proficiency in drawing and modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, Adobe Photoshop or similar). · Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly methods for displays and promotional furniture. · Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings. **Preferred Qualifications** · Experience in trade marketing or visual merchandising projects (Digital Signage and DOOH). · Knowledge of rendering and 3D presentation. · Experience working at visual communication, carpentry, metallurgy, or display manufacturing companies. **Behavioral Competencies** · Creativity and aesthetic vision · Organization and attention to detail · Teamwork capability · Communication and cross-functional collaboration SUMMARY Salary Range: BRL 3,000.00 to BRL 3,500.00 (based on experience verification) Employment Type: CLT Meal Voucher: BRL 32.00/day On-site work model Health Insurance: 70.00% covered by GM7, no co-payment Dental Insurance: Optional Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 – BRL 3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site Expected Start Date: 04/15/2026
