We are seeking a professional to provide operational support to Offshore Specialists, ensuring efficiency, agility, and quality in handling requests via the XP HUB. Join the **\#TimeBlue3!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform operational processes for foreign exchange limit increases, including document attachment and ticket follow-up; * Execute fund/asset transfer and receipt requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with responsible departments; * Monitor orders on the platform, ensuring accurate and timely execution; * Attach documents and track tickets to support operations; * Maintain contact with advisors and clients, as needed, for alignment and clarification. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders; * ANCORD certification is desirable.
