Join OSM Thome as Cook on an offshore seismic/research vessel in Brazil. You will be responsible for preparing good, safe and tasty meals for the crew, keeping the galley and stores clean and well organized, and supporting smooth daily life onboard. * **Key responsibilities:** * Plan and prepare daily meals for crew and officers according to menus and dietary needs * Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness * Order, receive and properly store food and provisions * Control stock, reduce waste and keep correct records * Follow all safety and hygiene rules and support vessel drills when required * **Requirements:** * Proven experience as Cook onboard offshore or deep\-sea vessels * Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness * Good knowledge of galley safety, hygiene and HACCP practices * Ability to work independently and under pressure during long voyages * Basic English communication skills for work onboard international crew
