Luciana Moreira Consultoria is selecting, for a partner company, **Enprol Engenharia e Projetos LTDA, CAD Technician / Draftsperson \- Fortaleza \- CE.** **Job Responsibilities:** The professional will join Enprol’s internal team at its headquarters in Fortaleza \- CE, performing tasks including development of topographic site plans, surveys of houses and land parcels, preparation of descriptive memoranda, reconstructions, property registrations, and other related activities. **Requirements and Technical Competencies:** * Experience with **AutoCAD**, with expertise in preparing topographic site plans, property site plans, and sketches; * Proficiency in **Word and Excel** for drafting descriptive memoranda and completing technical reports; * Basic knowledge of **georeferencing** and **property registration records**. **Education:** Technical high school diploma in Building Construction, Roads, Surveying, or related fields.
