Job Summary: Budget Analyst responsible for reading and interpreting project documents, performing quantity takeoffs, contacting suppliers for quotations, and structuring information in spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation of project drawings and 3D models. 2. Preparation of executive and feasibility budgets. 3. Physical and financial monitoring and control of construction projects. **BUDGET ANALYST** **Job Description:** READING AND INTERPRETATION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTS (FLOOR PLANS, 3D MODELS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, ETC.), PERFORMING QUANTITY TAKEOFFS FOR ALL ITEMS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECTS, CONTACTING SUPPLIERS TO OBTAIN QUOTATIONS AND PRICING FOR ALL ITEMS IDENTIFIED AND QUANTIFIED IN THE PREVIOUS STEP, STRUCTURING INFORMATION USING EXCEL SPREADSHEETS TO MAINTAIN ORGANIZED AND CLEAR DATA, GENERATING EXECUTIVE, FEASIBILITY, AND CUSTOMIZED BUDGETS AS REQUIRED AND REQUESTED, REGISTERING MATERIALS AND SERVICES IN THE SIENGE DATABASE SO THEY MAY BE USED BY OTHER COMPANY DEPARTMENTS (CONSTRUCTION, PROCUREMENT, ETC.), CLARIFYING QUESTIONS FROM CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS, MEASURING MONTHLY PHYSICAL PROGRESS OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT ON ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, ASSISTING IN THE PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTS FOR MONITORING AND CONTROL OF PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; Technical courses in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or Budgeting are advantageous; Postgraduate studies in Project Management or Planning and Control of Construction Projects are a plus. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and Health Insurance *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
