Supervision and support for interns in project development ### **Join our story!** **The opportunity** We are looking for a **Project Architect** to join our team! **Your mission on the team** is to ensure excellence in the development of executive BIM projects, guaranteeing coordination among all disciplines and compliance with quality standards, thereby contributing to the successful execution of construction projects aligned with the company’s objectives. **What you will do here** * Develop BIM projects (architectural models) using Revit * Supervise and support interns in their project development * Analyze projects and assist in coordinating 2D and 3D projects * Analyze data extracted from the model **What we are looking for** * **Experience:** Development and/or coordination of executive architectural projects, preferably * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture * **Skills:** Critical analytical ability, logical reasoning, planning, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, flexibility, initiative, and interpersonal skills **What we offer** * **Salary:** Competitive and market-aligned * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), with on-site work at Rua Funchal, 375 – Vila Olímpia * **Benefits:** + Meal/food allowance (FLASH): BRL 35.00 per day + Conventional transportation allowance OR mobility allowance (FLASH) + SULÁMERICA Health Plan: 100% subsidy for the employee + SULÁMERICA Dental Plan + Life Insurance + Totalpass
