We seek proactive, communicative professionals with strong technical capabilities to ensure customers understand the value of **Autodesk solutions**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support the commercial team with technical presentations and demonstrations of solutions; * Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions consultatively; * Conduct onboarding and follow up with active customers, ensuring expectation alignment and proper use of solutions; * Maintain ongoing relationships with the customer portfolio, promoting retention and identifying new opportunities; * Respond to technical inquiries and support decision-making during the pre\-sales process; * Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated, high-value solutions; * Develop technical materials and stay updated on Autodesk technology news and trends. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical education in AEC (Civil/Architecture). * Strong verbal fluency, public speaking ability, conciseness, and business opportunity identification skills. * Knowledge of Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, and other engineering software. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (company car). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Salary: negotiable base salary \+ performance-based bonus. * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance \+ Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Plan, English and undergraduate study subsidy, access to MAPData EAD platform and Gympass. * **On-site CLT employment in Curitiba/PR.** * 44-hour weekly work schedule.
