HR Payroll Analyst

Description

Job Objective Responsible for executing and monitoring HR payroll department routines, ensuring proper compliance with labor legislation, ancillary obligations, payroll closing, benefits control, and supporting managers in personnel administration-related requests. Key Responsibilities * Register and onboard employees, ensuring verification and organization of required documentation for hiring. * Maintain, monitor, and calculate working hours bank, issuing periodic reports and supporting managers regarding balances and transactions. * Calculate vacation entitlements, contract terminations, social charges, contribution withholdings, and other activities related to personnel administration and control. * Verify commissions and bonuses during the monthly payroll closing period. * Perform payroll closing, ensuring data verification and submission of labor and social security obligations, such as: * GFIP * DCTFWeb * eSocial * Respond to and provide information and documents for audits, IT department, accounting, and finance department, ensuring timely delivery and data reliability. * Administer the benefits subsystem, performing control and maintenance of: * Transportation allowance * Dental care assistance * Health insurance plan * Other benefits offered by the company * Support employees and managers with questions regarding HR payroll department routines and labor legislation. Desirable Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in the HR payroll department. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Familiarity with payroll and time-tracking systems. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel.
