You can support us as an **Accounts Payable Analyst.** **What will be your responsibilities?** You will work in the finance department’s accounts payable area, responsible for ensuring accurate management of the company’s financial obligations, guaranteeing timely payments, payment accuracy, and control over accounts payable processes, as well as contributing to continuous improvements in financial workflows. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Administer and execute accounts payable routines; Perform verification, recording, and scheduling of payments (suppliers, taxes, operational expenses); Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow control; Ensure compliance with internal financial deadlines and policies; Collaborate closely with Procurement, Controller, and Treasury departments; Support continuous process improvement and automation of financial routines. ### **Technical Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; experience with financial ERP systems; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); Experience in accounts payable routines and bank reconciliation; Knowledge of taxes and withholding taxes is considered a plus; Familiarity with internal controls and financial compliance. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience handling high-volume financial transactions; Knowledge of process automation (RPA, macros, etc.); Experience in mid-to-large-sized companies within the retail or entertainment sectors.
