Job Summary:
Experienced Tax Analyst in an industrial environment responsible for issuing, verifying, and analyzing invoices to ensure compliance and internal support.

We seek a Tax Analyst with industrial environment experience who will directly handle invoice issuance, verification, and analysis processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and providing support to internal departments.
**Responsibilities**
* Issue, verify, and cancel outgoing invoices (products and services);
* Receive, analyze, and record incoming invoices (purchases, shipments, returns, services, imports, and exports);
* Validate and correctly classify CFOP, CST, NCM, tax bases, and tax rates (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS);
* Support procurement, logistics, and accounting departments in identifying and correcting tax discrepancies;
* Monitor tax operations such as shipments, returns, industrialization, and transfers;
* Assist in monthly tax closing and calculation of indirect taxes;
* Track updates to applicable tax and fiscal legislation for the industrial sector;
* Prepare management reports and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in related fields such as Accounting, Administration, or Economics);
* Experience with tax routines, especially invoice issuance and receipt;
* Practical knowledge of operations including sales, shipments, returns, imports, and exports;
* Proficiency in key indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS);
* Experience with tax classification (CFOP, CST, NCM);
* Prior industrial experience is essential.

* Compensation: To be negotiated \+ meal allowance on-site, transportation voucher (VT), medical and dental assistance;
* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
* Work model/location: 100% in-person (Lapa/SP).
