Here, we seek professionals who want to work with a business-oriented mindset, collaboration, and impact—helping sustain the evolution of the nstech ecosystem. **Key activities, responsibilities, and duties:** * Lead React/TypeScript development, defining architecture, standards, and quality. * Design and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and performance. * Translate requirements into scalable, responsive, and accessible interfaces, guiding UX/UI. * Orchestrate REST/GraphQL with data modeling, asynchronous state management, caching, retries, and observability. * Standardize libraries for forms, validation, state management, and API communication, promoting technical governance. * Solve complex problems and technical debt through refactors, performance optimization, and test suites (unit, integration, e2e). * Define and maintain Git and CI/CD automation strategies, ensuring high-quality PRs. * Conduct code reviews and mentoring, elevating engineering and security standards. * Align with product and design teams, anticipating risks and proposing value-driven solutions. * Define metrics (Web Vitals, errors, TTI/TTFB) and continuously optimize using telemetry. * Ensure accessibility and i18n from the outset via guidelines and automated validations. * Evolve architecture (modularization, microfrontends when necessary) to scale and simplify maintenance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven professional experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass, CSS\-in\-JS, Tailwind or similar) and responsive design principles. * Advanced experience with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Context API) and cache/data\-fetching (React Query, SWR). * Demonstrated experience creating, evolving, and documenting Design Systems or component libraries. * Strong quality culture with expertise in automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright). * In-depth knowledge of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, rendering, code\-splitting, bundle size). * Mastery of Git, complex versioning workflows, and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to make architectural decisions and defend technical choices based on trade\-offs. * Collaborative profile with excellent communication skills and experience mentoring developers (code review, pair programming). **Nice-to-have** * Knowledge of microfrontend architecture and modularization. * Familiarity with other libraries/frameworks (Vue.js, Angular) and/or backend technologies (Node.js). * Communication and leadership skills within multidisciplinary teams. **Benefits** * Health insurance with co-payment * Dental plan * Meal allowance, fully covered by the company * Wellhub/Gympass * Zenklub: two monthly consultations at no cost * Birthday day off * Life insurance at no cost * Funeral assistance at no cost
