The professional will be responsible for structuring and monitoring processes and sharing best practices that drive commercial team performance and operational discipline. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of the Commercial Excellence Program * Support leadership in driving and evolving the Commercial Excellence Program * Ensure governance of initiatives, rituals, and deliverables related to the program * Structure and monitor action plans aimed at continuously improving commercial execution **Processes and Standardization:** * Map, review, and optimize commercial processes * Define and implement operational standards, ensuring adherence and scalability * Identify opportunities for simplification and productivity gains **KPI and Performance Management:** * Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions based on data and best practices * Develop executive reports and dashboards to monitor the program's \+Excellence performance **Projects and Transformation:** * Lead or support continuous improvement, digitalization, and process automation projects * Lead the Digitalization Front of \+Excellence, ensuring development and full functionality of \+Excellence Digital **Governance and Operational Discipline** * Monitor adherence to defined processes and rituals * Create control and tracking mechanisms (checklists, audits, scorecards) * Promote a culture of discipline, consistency, and excellence in execution **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields) **Experience** --------------- * Prior experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or related areas * Experience in process management and continuous improvement * Experience in data analysis and performance indicators * Experience in projects and implementation of tools is a plus **Requirements** -------------- **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI or other data visualization tools * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Agile, etc.) * Desired experience with CRM, automation, or field tools **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong analytical ability and data orientation * Structured thinking and systemic vision * Ability to influence and navigate across different organizational levels * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and discipline in routine management Clear and objective communication (especially with leadership and field teams) * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies * Experience working with large-scale commercial teams Apply now and become part of **MBRF**!
