Revenue Manager

Description

Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), revenue, and pick-up, ensuring continuous performance tracking. Analyze booking losses and rejections to identify conversion opportunities and optimize results. Define pricing, distribution, and availability strategies aligned with demand and market positioning. Conduct reservation audits to ensure proper segmentation, correct rate application, and data integrity. Develop demand forecasts and monitor their evolution to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate performance by channel, segment, and strategic accounts, proposing adjustments to maximize revenue. Manage group blocks and support commercial decisions in collaboration with relevant departments. Monitor competitors and market trends, proposing actions to enhance competitiveness. Participate in strategic meetings with Sales and Marketing teams, contributing analyses and guidance. Promote a Revenue Management culture across operations, disseminating best practices and a data-driven mindset. Experience in Revenue Management \- Advanced knowledge of pricing and revenue management strategies \- Proficiency in hotel performance indicators (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pick-up) \- Experience with property management systems and distribution channels (Booking, Expedia, Decolar, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, among others) \- Advanced Excel skills or proficiency in analytical tools Education: \- Completed high school Preferred Qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related fields \- Postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area \- Experience in mid-to-large-scale hotel operations Behavioral Profile: \- Strong analytical ability and strategic vision \- Results-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making \- Organized and detail-oriented \- Effective communication and influencing skills \- Proactive and ownership mindset Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: , Elementary School (1st level) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher
