In this **Senior Backend Software Developer** role, you will join the **Medias** team, whose **mission is to manage all media assets across the OLX Group.** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and deliver high-quality features; * Guide team members through practices such as pair programming and code reviews; * Restructure and refactor existing systems; * Help shape the long-term vision for our technology and new component architectures; * Promote best practices to improve code quality and development processes; * Lead technical decisions within the team. **Requirements and qualifications** **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of application design patterns (especially APIs and messaging) and code versioning; * Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure; * Strong expertise in Kotlin; * Strong expertise in NodeJS (JavaScript and/or TypeScript); * Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform. **Additional information** **More about the OLX Group:** Operating in Brazil since 2010, the OLX Group aims to empower people to achieve their dreams by reinventing consumption models.
