**About the Opportunity**

As a Junior Customer Intelligence Analyst, you will join our Research team and be responsible for administrative and financial routines within the area (documents, organizational chart, expense reimbursements, expenses, and corporate card), travel and event organization, and registration management (APIMEC, access to the Research portal). You will also serve as the focal point for suppliers, procurement, and finance teams, ensuring adherence to internal policies and smooth internal workflows.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including in English);

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and systems.
**Challenges and Impact**
----------------------
* Responsible for administrative and financial routines in the area, including: organizing and maintaining administrative documents; updating the team’s organizational chart; approving and tracking team expense reimbursements; submitting and monitoring expense reports, including managing and tracking expenses related to the area head’s corporate card.
* Responsible for approving and booking air tickets and hotel reservations.
* Supporting travel agenda coordination (e.g., client and company meetings) and assisting with event organization (e.g., roadshows, conferences, investor meetings, offsites).
* Responsible for managing and reporting analyst registrations with APIMEC.
* Approving and managing client access to the Research portal.
* Supporting governance and management of internal policy compliance (compliance, expenses, travel).
* Guiding the team on internal workflows.
* Acting as the main contact point with suppliers for service contracting/renewals, responsible for tracking contractual deadlines and recurring payments.
* Registering and renewing purchase orders.
* Creating and tracking purchase requests in internal systems (requisitions and purchase orders).
Coordination with finance/procurement teams regarding payments.
