**About the position:**
We are seeking a professional to serve as an **Administrative Assistant** in Campinas/SP, providing direct support to our client’s field operations in the infrastructure and essential services sector. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency with digital tools — all critical to ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate information flow, and proper documentation of operational activities.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Make and receive calls with clients, technical teams, and suppliers, delivering prompt and courteous service, triaging requests, and routing them appropriately. Record all interactions in internal systems.
* Coordinate schedules for construction sites, installations, and on-site technical visits, aligning team and client availability to meet deadlines. Monitor the status of each service and proactively communicate changes to all involved parties.
* Develop and maintain operational control spreadsheets, consolidating data on appointments, project statuses, timelines, and performance indicators to support management and generate periodic reports.
* Register and track service orders, service history, and client information in the Salesforce CRM, ensuring operational traceability and data accuracy.
**Mandatory requirements:**
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in administrative routines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Telephonic customer service skills, with emphasis on quality and clarity
* Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
* Residency in Campinas or surrounding region
**Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):**
* Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
* Background working in infrastructure, utility, or field-service companies
* Experience managing on-site service order scheduling and tracking
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related fields; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards)
Compensation: R$2\.450,36 per month
