Contribute to the improvement of processes and internal controls We are looking for an **Internal Audit Analyst** with an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile to validate and monitor the company's revenue, ensuring compliance with contracts, internal rules, and operational volumes. This person will play a key role in **financial information control, verification, and traceability**, helping identify inconsistencies, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure accuracy and compliance of the company's revenue, verifying that received amounts align with signed contracts and operational volumes; * Validate financial disbursements from partner institutions, checking adherence to contractual terms; * Monitor and verify revenue calculations, considering contractual rules and operational volumes; * Correctly allocate revenue to Advisors, Bankers, and Brokers; * Identify, report, and follow up on the resolution of discrepancies or inconsistencies in amounts received from partners; * Contribute to improvements in revenue reconciliation and calculation processes, reinforcing internal controls; * Ensure transparency and traceability of financial information related to the company's revenue; * Manage and monitor actions and processes related to the Partnership, ensuring control and compliance; * Monitor outstanding balances and payment deadlines, ensuring timely resolution within established timeframes; * Support senior management by providing information and analyses whenever required; * Clarify doubts and provide support to Partnership partners regarding rules and share-related transactions; * Monitor share registration and control, ensuring data integrity and traceability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Ability to work with analysis, verification, and validation of financial information; * Interest in learning and developing within this field; * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
