Business strengthening through new tenant acquisitions This professional will be responsible for overall project management, overseeing a multidisciplinary team, budgeting, developing strategies to strengthen the business via new tenant acquisitions in collaboration with the commercial department, ensuring financial resources are optimally allocated per the Administrator's guidelines, ensuring the marketing team executes initiatives—both on social media and in-person—to increase the project's visibility, ensuring the operations team implements necessary actions for structural and environmental functionality of the project, and ensuring other departments—including HR and Security—receive required support and direction. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; specialization/MBA in Business Management, Shopping Center Administration, or related disciplines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VS software.
