Location: Vitória da Conquista **Responsibilities:** * Perform entries, reconciliations, and control of accounts payable; * Verify and enter invoices into the system; * Support payment workflows and bank reconciliation; * Maintain organization of financial documents and reports; * Support the department in daily routines and supplier relations; **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields); * Experience in **accounts payable and invoice control**; * Organization and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Excel and financial systems; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance
