Job Summary: We are seeking a CRM, BI, and AI Specialist to drive commercial performance, support decision-making, and identify growth opportunities using data and technology. Key Highlights: 1. Implement AI solutions for automation and predictive analytics We are looking for a **CRM, BI, and Artificial Intelligence Specialist** to join our team. We seek an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented professional who leverages data, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence to boost commercial performance, support data-driven decision-making, and identify business growth and improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimize CRM, ensuring data quality and customer journey automation. * Develop dashboards, management reports, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Analyze commercial, marketing, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and performance improvements. * Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions for process automation, insight generation, and predictive analytics. * Support Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams in making strategic, data-driven decisions. * Monitor metrics such as lead conversion rate, CAC, LTV, churn, average order value, ROI, sales performance, and database quality. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, or similar). * Proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar). * Preferred: knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, and automation tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or certifications in Business Intelligence, CRM, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related areas. **Work Location:** Cidade do Automóvel – DF **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday).
