Job Summary: Monitor collection advisory services, analyze indicators, generate reports and dashboards, and participate in improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in improvement projects **Responsibilities:** Monitor collection advisory services; Analyze indicators and performance, generate reports highlighting deviations; Develop and maintain dashboards for presentations; Identify and evaluate reports required for departmental management; Participate in defining the scope of pilot initiatives and improvement projects, present comparative data and results versus targets; Provide continuous feedback; Audit phone calls; Conduct training sessions; Manage routine tasks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in numerical/result analysis; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of creating analytical measures and building indicators, as well as developing custom filters; * Must possess knowledge of delivery control and schedule management, with strong time management skills; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license category B (a plus).
