We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Essential Responsibilities and Skills:** Assemble and dismantle wooden formwork for concrete structures (columns, beams, slabs, and foundations) Interpret technical drawings and project plans Measure, cut, assemble, and adjust wooden components Perform shoring and bracing per technical guidance Operate manual and electric carpentry tools Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness Comply with occupational safety regulations and PPE requirements Support other site team activities as needed Requirements: Completed elementary education (preferred) Proven experience as a carpenter in civil construction
