Perform audits and optimize processes **Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-depth (quantitative and/or qualitative) analyses on order volumes, transactions, and related attributes to proactively identify behavioral patterns, risk trends, and anomalies indicating fraud or process issues, using SQL; * Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor fraud indicator performance; * Perform regular audits and sampling analyses on fraud prevention processes, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities; * Validate the accuracy of decisions made by fraud analysts and automated systems; * Document and communicate analysis results, presenting clear recommendations to leadership; * Support the review and updating of policies, standards, and manuals by providing evidence-based conclusions and recommendations to management based on audits and analyses to optimize processes and mitigate risks; * Manage procedures and documentation to ensure operational processes and procedures remain up-to-date, well-documented, and accessible, promoting standardization and compliance; * Lead the preparation and delivery of training sessions, reports, and metric analyses, communicating complex results and recommendations. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in the anti-fraud domain (preferred); * Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation; * Ability to work with large volumes of data and extract actionable insights; * Experience conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies; * Capability to create, update, and manage process and procedure documentation; * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP \- therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in a region with easy commuting access.**
