**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform administrative routines, such as document control and management systems;
* Provide customer service with clear and objective communication;
* Use the Office suite to create documents and spreadsheets;
* Collaborate effectively within teams while maintaining workplace organization;
* Demonstrate proactivity and resilience in performing tasks.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education, plus a technical course in Administration;
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Professional development courses in Process Management;
* Knowledge of labor legislation;
* Proficiency in using management systems;
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
