We are your pathway to a better career and future. \# \#SomosLear LEAR is hiring a Senior Accounting Analyst in Caçapava, SP, with strong expertise in industrial costing and accounting processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage industrial costing, including creation and calculation via the SAP CO module * Perform standard cost calculations and costing analyses * Analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) and product routings * Participate in part number creation and cost structure development * Support the plant in forecasting and budgeting requirements * Map production areas and monitor industrial processes * Conduct monthly variance analysis and production order analysis * Run the monthly closing cockpit and ensure data accuracy **Requirements:** * Experience in industrial costing and plant environments * Proficiency in the SAP CO module (cost creation and calculation) * Solid accounting knowledge * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields *(flexible based on strong technical experience)* * Hands-on profile and strong communication skills * Willingness to travel (up to 25%) If you seek a dynamic environment with high responsibility and direct impact on operational results, this opportunity is for you!
