This ensures the quality of our logistics operations and strengthens our culture of collaboration and agility. ***Your Mission*** Responsible for transportation logistics operations, process and system standardization, with the responsibility to build an excellent connection between partner carriers and the operations team, based on data and mapped processes focused on ensuring the best experience for sellers and buyers. ***Your Day-to-Day*** * Support freight transportation management with partner carriers. * Help promote improvements in route planning, scheduling, and package accuracy for the specific logistics network. * Develop and identify performance indicators for the specific logistics network. * Develop predictive metrics to support business outcome generation. * Assist in creating operational dashboards. * Identify critical activities and help standardize processes. * Develop routines for mapped action plans and root-cause problem resolution. * Build strong relationships with partner teams to identify and unblock bottlenecks, downstream and upstream transportation networks.
