We currently have an opportunity in the logistics operations area for our team. Below are the responsibilities for this position. * Coordinate customer logistics as quickly as possible, from cargo availability to the delivery location requested by the importer or exporter * Coordinate import and/or export shipments * Provide full assistance and follow-up to customers * Support agents and sub-agents, evaluate their performance, and suggest improvements if necessary * Maximize process profit for ILS Cargo Brasil, following agent negotiation rules * Identify issues in import and/or export shipment coordination and take action * Keep all required systems for this role up to date
