The Senior Transportation Control Tower Analyst position is essential to ensuring the smoothness and intelligence of Martin Brower's transportation operations. This professional operates at the heart of logistics, responsible for monitoring operational flow in real time, ensuring planned activities are executed precisely, and identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis. **Responsibilities and duties** **Real-Time Monitoring:** Monitor all stages of transportation operations via the Control Tower, ensuring processes occur as planned. **Operational Support:** Provide continuous support to departments involved in the logistics chain, assisting in resolving bottlenecks that could compromise delivery efficiency. **Performance Analysis:** Monitor fleet and transportation flow performance indicators (KPIs), reporting deviations and suggesting corrective actions. **Logistics Efficiency:** Proactively identify process failures, striving to maintain productivity and process compliance. **Reporting and Dashboards:** Populate and analyze control spreadsheets and systems to provide operational visibility and support coordination and management decisions. **Flow Assurance:** Ensure loading, departure, and delivery deadlines are met, maintaining the integrity of the service level provided to customers. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields Prior experience in transportation operations, preferably in Control Towers or logistics monitoring. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and analyses). Experience with telematics or route optimization systems is a plus. Analytical capability to interpret data and translate it into action plans.
