**Responsibilities and Duties*** Study, propose, and implement tax, corporate, or process-related structural changes within the Company, focusing on tax savings related to indirect taxes across the Group’s diverse businesses (steel, mining, cement, logistics, and energy), under senior supervision and in collaboration with the planning team;
* Collaborate with involved departments to identify opportunities, primarily by providing necessary information for structured planning;
* Support the handling of inspections and internal and external audits;
* Monitor, interpret, and ensure implementation of legislative changes related to taxes applicable to the Company’s operations, especially indirect taxes;
* Participate in special business restructuring projects, supporting the tax team;
* Gather operational information to meet specialists’ requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or Economics;
* Basic English proficiency;
* Knowledge of indirect tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Analytical ability, sense of urgency, interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, proactivity, organization, balance, flexibility, and dynamism.
