If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Identify and monitor Physical and Process Control Barrier processes for the safety of ALE’s Operational Units. * Conduct Barrier Audits to assess how ALE’s Executive Operations Management units manage safety barriers related to process accident scenarios, particularly those of highest significance. * Allocate resources more efficiently by focusing on issues with the greatest potential to negatively impact business objectives and sustainability. * Participate in developing dynamic barrier management, based on a proactive monitoring and real-time operational risk barrier health management concept, enabled through integration with enterprise database readings. * Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement process optimization strategies. * Train and guide teams. * Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals. * Monitor and report progress of improvement initiatives. * Track industry regulations and standards for the Fuel Distribution sector. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Skills: * Excellent teamwork and communication skills; * Proactivity; * Analytical capability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions; * Sense of priority and organization; * Safety mindset; * Advanced knowledge of safety barriers—both physical and process-related; * Data analysis and problem-solving ability; * Familiarity with industry regulations and standards; * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; * Competence in terminal and logistics operations processes; * Experience in CAPEX analysis and budget control; * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; * Proficiency in multidisciplinary team collaboration and interdepartmental cooperation.
