If you enjoy working with people, tackling challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your mission here** Lead the non-conformance, returns, and incident resolution assistant team. **Key responsibilities** * Perform end-to-end handling of shipments with non-conformance incidents, including information verification, evidence analysis, system updates, communication with involved departments, and follow-up until final resolution. * Monitor BI (Business Intelligence) daily to ensure all shipments flagged with incidents are properly routed to the Non-Conformance department. Act as guardian of the workflow, flagging discrepancies, registration errors, or process inconsistencies. * Maintain physical and logical organization of the area, ensuring correct volume addressing, adherence to inbound and outbound flow, operational standardization, and an appropriate environment for inspection and analysis. * Conduct root cause analysis of incidents, applying investigation methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, process verification) to identify operational, systemic, human, or partner-related failures. * Support the creation, implementation, and tracking of action plans focused on eliminating recurrence, improving processes, strengthening controls, and elevating operational quality. * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as an ambassador for Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced Excel; * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields. **Work schedule** Monday to Saturday \- from 08:00 to 16:20 **What we offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 35.00 per day **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction; optional plans with deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring — you choose the plan **PLR (Profit Sharing):** BRL 1\.500,00/year (paid in two installments — September and March, prorated) **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby Kit:** special newborn kit starting after 3 months **Dad is Dad:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
