This professional will monitor and support operational activities following goods arrival, guaranteeing smooth process execution and delivery quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Document and registration verification; * Pre-arrival registration; * Arrival and expense assessment; * Payment, DI/DUIMP registration, and goods release; * Operational closing. **Prerequisites** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in import processes, deadline management, and handling simultaneous operations; * Experience in data analysis, performance indicators, and cost spreadsheet development; * Knowledge of customs routines, risk management, and interpretation of RFB regulations; * Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and partners; * Proficiency in ERP systems and conducting meetings and presentations. **Soft Skills** * Simplicity and common sense in problem resolution; * Ethical, professional conduct and technical mastery; * Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated; * Team collaboration and technical support; * Proactivity in resolving pending matters; * Focus on results for internal and external customers; * Process management organization and consistency.
