Act as the technical reference for the finance team, ensuring efficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, cash flow, and banking relationship processes. **Job Description — Accounts Payable • Perform verification, validation, and scheduling of payments. • Execute payments via internet banking and ERP. • Monitor due dates for suppliers, taxes, loans, and other obligations. • Ensure all payments are duly approved per internal policy. • Manage supplier and employee advances. • Control fixed expenses and recurring contracts. Accounts Receivable • Monitor customer portfolio. • Track delinquency. • Issue invoices, collection notices, and duplicate copies as needed. • Negotiate collection terms per finance policy. • Record receipt settlements. • Monitor receipts via PIX, TED, credit cards, and bank slips. Treasury • Perform daily bank reconciliation. • Manage bank account balances. • Monitor financial investments. • Track bank fees. • Control credit limits and working capital. • Perform daily closing of financial transactions. Cash Flow • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. • Update financial forecasts. • Identify variances between actual and forecasted results. • Support preparation of the financial budget. • Project cash requirements. Financial Controls • Generate management reports. • Develop financial KPIs. • Update financial dashboards. • Monitor liquidity, delinquency, payment, and collection indicators. • Support profitability analysis. Financial Closing • Execute monthly financial closing. • Validate bank transactions. • Review financial provisions. • Provide information to Accounting. • Support internal and external audits. Banking Relationships • Maintain relationships with financial institutions. • Request registration updates. • Monitor banking contracts. • Support fee negotiations. • Manage powers of attorney and banking access rights. Financial Compliance • Ensure compliance with internal policies. • Adhere to tax and financial regulations. • Maintain organized documentation for audits. • Identify financial risks and report to management. Management Support • Support the Finance Analyst and Coordination. • Propose improvements to financial processes. • Automate controls using Excel and ERP. • Train staff on financial routines when required. • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
