Support for Dispatch, Transportation, and Customer Service departments Job Posting: Routing Analyst Description: We are seeking a **Routing Analyst** to join our Logistics team. The professional will be responsible for planning and optimizing delivery routes, ensuring greater operational efficiency, reduction of logistics costs, and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: * Plan, develop, and optimize delivery routes using operational efficiency criteria. * Develop intelligent routing plans aimed at reducing mileage, travel time, and transportation costs. * Prepare daily itineraries and monitor their execution. * Monitor route performance and propose continuous improvements. * Control and monitor the company-owned fleet and affiliated vehicles. * Analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, vehicle utilization, service level, delivery time, and cost per delivery. * Provide support to Dispatch, Transportation, and Customer Service departments in resolving incidents. * Ensure compliance with delivery time windows and established deadlines. * Update customer records, delivery restrictions, and routing parameters in the system. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations with operational indicators. Requirements: * Completed High School or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in routing and transportation planning. * Knowledge of fleet and affiliated vehicle management. * Experience in itinerary preparation and logistics planning. * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability. * **Preference for experience with the Fusion DMS system.** Advantages: * Knowledge of logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, cost per delivery, vehicle utilization, productivity) * Experience in urban and regional distribution * Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, and BI tools (Power BI is considered an advantage) Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM * Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break * No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
