Mandatory Requirements Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Relevant work experience Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing. Behavioral Competencies Bachelor’s degree completed. Experience in quality control or operational management within the logistics or delivery sector. Familiarity with the operational workflow of delivery services. Knowledge of quality control methods and tools. Data and statistical analysis capability, with ability to quickly identify root causes of quality issues. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ease in collaborating across departments and managing customer demands. Organized, responsible profile with strong stress tolerance and execution orientation. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, analytical functions) and office software, with report drafting capability.
