**Responsibilities:** * Identify merchandise requirements in coordination with store managers; * Plan purchases according to demand and operational schedule; * Monitor inventory levels together with the logistics operator (Rodoluki), preventing stockouts or overstocking; * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends; * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms to secure optimal commercial conditions; * Request and compare quotations, analyzing prices, delivery times, and terms; * Review product samples jointly with the Gastronomy team; * Schedule technical visits for the Food Safety team; * Issue purchase orders (RC) following internal approvals and monitor the entire process until final delivery; * Resolve delivery discrepancies, invoice issues, or product quality concerns; * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and corporate ethics. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **Purchasing** (preferably within food, retail, or industrial operations); * Knowledge of **quotation processes, negotiation, and supplier management**; * Analytical capability and strategic vision; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in **Excel spreadsheets** and control tools; * ERP system knowledge is desirable; * Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
