We seek a Procurement / Supply Chain Analyst to manage procurement of products and services, ensuring adequate supply, quality, delivery timelines, and optimal commercial terms for the company. The professional will play a strategic role in supplier management, cost analysis, and internal department support, contributing to operational and financial efficiency of the business. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials, supplies, and services; * Develop and qualify suppliers, monitoring delivery timelines, quality, and costs; * Manage purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries; * Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs; * Analyze costs, price fluctuations, and opportunities for reduction; * Prepare managerial reports and procurement performance indicators; * Support internal departments in supply planning. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain; * Analytical, organized profile with strong negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate food services; * Experience in supermarket procurement; * ERP knowledge (Protheus TOTVS or similar); * Experience managing contracts and procurement KPIs.
