We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to strengthen our team. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of the procurement process (from requisition to delivery) * Develop, negotiate, and qualify suppliers (cost, lead time, quality, and compliance) * Conduct procurement of materials and services for facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security, minor construction, consumables, and equipment) * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), savings, lead time, and service levels * Collaborate with internal departments in demand planning * Perform comparative price analyses, consumption history reviews, and forecasts * Enter purchase orders, contracts, and supplier registrations into SAP Business One * Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies ### **✅ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Solid experience in Procurement / Supply Chain * Knowledge of SAP Business One * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and results orientation ### **Behavioral Competencies:** ✔ Clear and assertive communication ✔ Negotiation and persuasion ✔ Organization and prioritization skills ✔ Proactivity and sense of urgency ✔ Analytical ability and problem-solving skills ✔ Interpersonal relationship skills ✔ Adaptability and flexibility If you seek a dynamic environment with strategic challenges and growth opportunities, we want to meet you.
