Job Summary: The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and controlling costs to ensure adequate supply and optimal cost-benefit ratio. Manage in-house and third-party inventory, and monitor cost evolution **Position: Procurement Analyst (Procurement)** **Work Location:** Avenida Paulista, 1159 **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 **Salary:** R$ 5.130,00 **Job Description** The Procurement Analyst (Procurement) will be responsible for planning and executing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and controlling costs, ensuring appropriate production supply and the best cost-benefit ratio for the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the procurement process; * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratio; * Develop new suppliers, especially for cosmetic packaging; * Follow up on finished product deliveries; * Issue purchase orders in the Protheus system; * Manage consumables and usage items; * Monitor cost evolution and perform comparative analyses; * Register products and suppliers in the Protheus system; * Plan and control third-party (outsourced) production; * Manage in-house inventory and inventory held by third parties. **Requirements** * Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of the Procurement and Cost modules in Protheus; * Supplier negotiation skills; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
