Job Summary: A professional responsible for machinery maintenance management, procurement, fleet control, and warehouse operations, ensuring the company's internal infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Machinery maintenance management and control 2. Planning and execution of material procurement 3. Fleet monitoring and traffic fine control MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance Manage and control machinery, arrange for maintenance and repairs, monitor equipment removal and return. * Purchasing Plan and execute procurement activities, define company requirements, research and select suppliers, negotiate prices and payment terms, issue purchase orders, track deliveries and distribution. * Fleet/Fines Monitor traffic fines, designate drivers, refuel vehicles, oversee repair and preventive maintenance. * Warehouse Organization and storage, inventory control, product withdrawal, goods receipt. Infrastructure Responsible for ensuring the operation, maintenance, and support of the company's internal infrastructure resources, Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * FOOD ALLOWANCE * MEAL ALLOWANCE * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE
