Requires negotiation skills and proactivity **Responsibilities** * Execute domestic and international procurement processes; * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until material delivery; * Manage inventory and ensure product availability; * Analyze and optimize procurement processes; * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and customs legislation; * Monitor departmental performance indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; * Solid experience in procurement; * Experience with import processes and international trade; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Intermediate/advanced English; * Excellent negotiation and communication skills; * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
