




Job Summary: A Planning Analyst who will act as a focal point across departments, manage the product portfolio, and support the execution of plans and launches. Key Highlights: 1. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Cross-Functional Interface: Serve as the focal point for Customer Service, Sales (CBD), and Production Planning, ensuring alignment and execution of sales and operations plans. * Portfolio Management (SKUs): Manage the product lifecycle (e.g., registration, blocking, discontinuation, reactivation, pilot launches) and maintain restrictions/quotas, assessing impacts on availability. * Launch Support: Ensure timely sales activation and portfolio transitions aligned with forecasts, monitor initial performance, and adjust as needed. * Monthly Plan Execution: Monitor sales versus forecast, generate periodic reports (e.g., demand flash reports) and analyses to provide visibility and support tactical decision-making. * Reporting and Analysis: Update and automate dashboards in Excel and Power BI, consolidating sales, inventory, and service data. Identify root causes of variances and flag risks and opportunities. * Stockout Management: Monitor stockouts and service issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions jointly with relevant departments. * Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to optimize processes, automate routines, implement tools, and enhance forecasting models to increase efficiency and accuracy. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel); * Power BI knowledge (experience building BI reports); * Excellent organizational and demand management skills; * Logical reasoning and analytical mindset; * Attention to detail. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * SAP knowledge; * Knowledge of automation tools. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
