PCP ANALYST

ZDA currently operates three manufacturing plants: Marília (Candies & Snacks), Herculândia (UHT Milk), and Marechal Cândido Rondon/PR (Dairy Derivatives). **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Knowledge of material planning and production capacity planning; * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and Power BI; * Knowledge of inventory management, stocktaking, and materials control; * Experience in cross-departmental integration (production, procurement, logistics, and sales); * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and systemic vision; ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience in the food/dairy industry; * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS preferred); **Description:** * Plan and control the production schedule for two business units (dairy derivatives and UHT milk); * Lead production planning to ensure demand fulfillment and on-time delivery; * Align strategies across production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments; * Monitor inventories and ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and supplies; * Issue and track production orders via ERP; * Monitor performance indicators (production, inventory, service level, losses); * Conduct stocktaking and oversee material movements; * Analyze processes and propose improvements for operational optimization and standardization.
