**Job Description:**
Provide support to affiliated cooperatives and internal departments regarding payment instrument products (cards and acquiring), as directed by analysts;
Assist in executing operational routines for card products, including requests, registrations, updates, and system queries;
Support the execution of acquiring operational routines, including merchant onboarding, establishment maintenance, and tracking of requests;
Record, track, and route service tickets, emails, and requests through the department’s support channels;
Assist in controlling and updating spreadsheets and systems for tracking operational requests;
Support the control and organization of physical and digital documents within the department, ensuring proper archiving per internal standards;
Assist in monitoring deadlines and SLAs for requests, flagging deviations to responsible analysts;
Support verification of operational information and data, ensuring consistency and quality in records;
Assist in preparing and organizing operational and managerial reports for the department;
Support monitoring of merchant onboarding and maintenance processes in acquiring;
Assist in logistics control of acquiring equipment, including shipping, receipt, and maintenance records;
Support interaction with operational partners, under analyst guidance, to address simple requests;
Assist in disseminating operational information and guidance to affiliated cooperatives, as directed by the department;
Perform low-complexity operational tasks following predefined procedures and workflows;
Contribute to identifying improvements in operational processes, reporting opportunities to analysts and leadership;
Support organizing training sessions, materials, and communications for the payment instruments department;
Perform duties in compliance with internal regulations, institutional policies, and departmental guidance;
Maintain clear and organized communication with the team, ensuring smooth information flow;
Pursue continuous development through participation in departmental training and capacity-building initiatives;
Act proactively, with organization and focus on delivery quality, contributing to the efficiency of the payment instruments team;
**Requirements:**
Completed High School;
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Financial Management, or related fields;
CPA certification (desirable);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint — intermediate/advanced);
Familiarity with financial instruments and financial mathematics is desirable.
